The Grizzlies are hoping that Chandler Parsons (knees) will be a full participant when training camp opens in the fall.
Memphis signed Parsons to a four-year, $94 million contract (the richest incoming free-agent contract in franchise history) last summer, but injuries to both knees limited Parsons to just 34 games. He averaged career-lows in games, minutes, points, assists and rebounds. However, the Grizz are hoping that a full offseason of rest will help his knees recover. Parsons will be a boom-or-bust pick in fantasy drafts next October. He still has a high upside, but the injury issues are undeniably scary.
