Derrick Favors started the second half for Rudy Gobert (knee) against the Clippers on Saturday, scoring 15 points with six rebounds, two assists and one block in 32 minutes.
He was totally gassed at the end of this game and could barely get off the floor to go for a rebound. Since returning from injury on Apr. 7, Favors didn't play more than 21 minutes in those three games, averaging just 9.0 points, 4.3 boards, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals in 17.0 minutes. His legs are going to be feeling it tomorrow, and thankfully the Jazz are off until Tuesday. If Gobert is out, the Jazz will likely have to play Favors 30 minutes, which is almost certainly more than they planned.
