Emmanuel Mudiay has only made three brief appearances since the All-Star break, but he's keeping his head up.
"It’s different, but I’m just trying to stay ready as much as possible," Mudiay said. "I’m just working on my game. I can only control what I can control." Nuggets coach Michael Malone said benching Mudiay was "one of the toughest decisions" of his career, and added that it's "a lot to handle for a young man." Jameer Nelson (right hip flexor strain) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Lakers, so it's possible Mudiay could be back in the rotation behind Jamal Murray. To be clear, he's not a fantasy pickup.
