Nuggets GM Tim Connelly praised Gary Harris for his breakout 2016-17 season.
"Gary deserves so much credit. He’s a guy who has worked his way into the player he is today," Connelly said. Harris averaged 14.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.9 triples on 50.2 percent shooting, and while he only played 57 games due to a couple nagging injuries, he returned top-60 value in standard leagues on a per-game basis. Harris should reprise his role as the starting SG next season and Connelly added that he "is really emblematic of who we are trying to be," so expect him to take another step forward in 2017-18.
