Isaiah Thomas scored 17 points (6-of-12 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs) in his Cleveland debut on Tuesday vs. the Blazers, adding three assists, three triples and two turnovers in a 127-110 win. It's not a coincidence that the Cavaliers posted their second-highest scoring game of the season with IT2 back. He certainly didn't look like a player that has been out for seven months, finishing as a +17 during his time on the floor. Thomas wasn't shy on offense, jacking up five of his 12 shots in his first 5-minute stint. The score got out of hand late, so he played 19 minutes which was just shy of his 20-22 minute limit. As a reminder, he won't play against Boston on Wednesday, but he should make his first start as a Cavalier on Saturday vs. Orlando. It won't be long before he's churning out early-round fantasy value and tonight's performance was very encouraging.
