Jamal Murray filled it up during a 115-100 win over the Lakers on Saturday, scoring a game-high 28 points with four rebounds, four assists, two steals and five 3-pointers in 33 minutes. After he flopped against the Lakers on Nov. 19, Murray was pumped up on both sides of the ball. He's been maddeningly inconsistent this season, but now he should be looking at added usage and play-making chances with Nikola Jokic (ankle) on the shelf. If you look at his per-36 minute numbers in the 176 minutes without Jokic this season, you're looking at 21.2 points, 4.5 boards, 2.7 dimes, 1.0 steals and 2.0 treys. The Blue Arrow could use this added opportunity ahead to carry him the rest of the way, so his arrow should be pointing up.
