The Celtics offered the Knicks their No. 3 pick, a player and an additional lottery pick for Kristaps Porzingis, according to Ian Begley of ESPN NY. This isn't too far off from what the NY Daily News said the Knicks are asking for: No. 3, the Nets pick next year, Jae Crowder and Jaylen Brown. Considering the Knicks are rebuilding, it makes very little sense for them to acquire the bargain contract of Crowder, unless they're going to trade that away in a future deal. Porzingis has clearly become the hot target for teams and has passed Jimmy Butler. The Celtics appear to be closest on making a deal. Stay tuned.

Several teams, including the Boston Celtics, have engaged the Knicks about a possible Kristaps Porzingis trade according to Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical. Woj adds that no one has been willing to meet the Knicks demands so far, but expect the talks to heat up as we approach the draft. In case you missed it, the Knicks are said to be asking for two starters and a top four pick in return, presumably to select Kansas' Josh Jackson. The Celtics (No. 3) and Suns (No. 4) are likely the favorites to land Porzingis if the Knicks pull the trigger on a trade, as it sounds like the 76ers (No. 1) are more than comfortable with Markelle Fultz and the Lakers (No. 2) are expected to take Lonzo Ball.

Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical said the Knicks and Suns are "without traction" on a Kristaps Porzingis trade. Woj also adds that the Suns will not include Devin Booker in trade talks, so that's likely the roadblock here. The Porzingis rumors are still churning and Phil Jackson only added fuel to the fire during an exclusive MSG interview on Wednesday night -- Jackson said the Knicks were "listening" to offers for Porzingis and expressed disappointment in KP for missing his exit meeting. ESPN is reporting that the Knicks have reached out to each team with a top five pick (Josh Jackson is a rumored target) and are also looking to bring in one or two starters in any deal.

Phil Jackson was noncommittal about Kristaps Porzingis during an exclusive MSG interview on Wednesday, saying, "As much as we love this guy, we have to do what's best for the club." "I don't think I've ever had a player over 25 years, maybe 30 ... not coming to a exit meeting," Jackson said. That was a reference to Porzingis' decision to skip his exit interview with the Knicks, reportedly because he was upset about the team's treatment of Carmelo Anthony. "We're getting calls [from other teams]," Jackson added. "We're listening, but we're not intrigued yet at this level." The Knicks are reportedly seeking a top-four pick along with young talent for Porzingis, and it's a fascinating situation to watch with the draft less than 24 hours away.

The Knicks are reportedly seeking a top-four draft pick and a very good young asset in any trade for Kristaps Porzingis. Adrian Wojnarowski said during a live Facebook chat that the Knicks have initiated talks with other teams, with Phil Jackson as the driving force. It's unclear why Jackson would be willing to part with a 21-year-old franchise cornerstone, who is beloved by the fan base, but this is where we find ourselves. New York's asking price might be too high to get any bites, even if they are willing to deal KP.

Kristaps Porzingis said he's "obsessed" with his offseason training program and his legs are the strongest they've ever been. "I’m going to keep going until national team [training camp]," Porzingis said in a Latvian interview. "I’ll keep working as hard as I’m working until this moment. I’m ready for national team. I’ll be ready for the season." As you've probably heard, the trade rumors on Porzingis have heated up, but the Knicks are reportedly asking for a ton in return -- they should be. Expect plenty of rumors on KP over the next two days.

The Spurs, Celtics, Suns and 76ers have all reportedly reached out to the Knicks regarding Kristaps Porzingis. How far any of these talks got is uncertain, as it's being reported that Phil Jackson's asking price in any potential Porzingis deal remains very high, but it's interesting to see that New York appears to be fielding offers for a guy many believe is their franchise player. For what it's worth, according to Porzingis' brother, KP6 remains committed to the Knicks despite the constant drama that has surrounded the franchise since his arrival.

The Knicks reportedly offered Kristaps Porzingis to the Suns in exchange for Devin Booker and the No. 4 overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft. It's currently unknown if the Suns countered this offer, but the main takeaway here is that Phil Jackson appears to be shopping The Unicorn. The Celtics have also been rumored to have an interest in trading for Porzingis, but Jackson would reportedly like to include Joakim Noah (and his horrendous contract) as a part of any Porzingis-deal, which could be a deal breaker for a lot of opposing teams.

The New York Daily News is reporting that Celtics are one of the teams interested in trading for Kristaps Porzingis. It is currently unclear just how seriously Phil Jackson and the Knicks are about potentially parting with Porzingis. However, if they are willing to move KP, Boston will certainly be in the mix. The Celtics are one of the few teams that possess the large numbers of assets it would require to complete a blockbuster deal. For what it's worth, Porzingis' brother, Janis, told ESPN on Tuesday that Porzingis wants to remain in New York. "Despite how the Knicks are treating their players, Kris wants to stay in New York," Janis Porzingis said.

Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical is reporting that Knicks president Phil Jackson "isn't ruling out the possibility of trading Kristaps Porzingis," which has resulted in a "frenzy of interest." On the surface, trading Porzingis would seem to make absolutely no sense for the Knicks. Phil Jackson has stated publicly that he wants to part ways with Carmelo Anthony and commit to a full rebuild. One would assume that any logical rebuilding would center around their 21-year old rising star. Considering his incredible skill set and versatility, Porzingis would seemingly be the ideal cornerstone for the franchise moving forward. Stay tuned, as we will provide updates as they become available.
