Michael Beasley    F  Knicks

The Knicks have officially signed Michael Beasley to a one-year pact for the veteran's minimum. The former No. 2 overall pick should see decent minutes at the three and four for the Knicks, but it's unlikely that he'll be involved enough in New York's offense to make a meaningful impact in fantasy hoops.

Briante Weber    G  Lakers

Briante Weber has reportedly agreed to a partially guaranteed deal with the Lakers. This is essentially a camp invite, but if he performs well over the course of training camp he might be able to earn himself a spot as the third-string point guard on the roster.

Stanley Johnson    F  Pistons

Stan Van Gundy implied during a recent interview that Stanley Johnson will be a key factor in the rotation for the Pistons next season. "I think now we have a chance to become an elite defensive team and Stanley’s a huge part of that," Van Gundy said. "Whether he’s starting or coming off the bench, his primary role will be to guard the best forward or a big two guard every night." With the Pistons sending away Marcus Morris, the starting small forward position in Detroit is up for grabs, and Johnson will have every opportunity to earn that spot over the course of training camp and the preseason.

Ty Lawson    G  Kings

Ty Lawson has reportedly signed a $2.4 million deal with the Shangdon Gold Stars of China. Lawson had been rumored to be headed to China for the past month now, which makes sense considering every NBA squad at the moment is set at the point guard position. He might be able to latch on with an NBA team once the CBA season concludes, but Lawson's been a non-factor in fantasy hoops for the past two seasons and that trend is unlikely to change.

Michael Beasley    F  Knicks

Michael Beasley is reportedly nearing an agreement on a one-year deal with the Knicks. Beasley could actually be a rotation player with the Knicks depending on what the roster looks like once Carmelo Anthony is dealt, but it's unlikely that he'll be on the floor enough to make a difference in standard leagues.

Donatas Motiejunas    F/C  Pelicans

Donatas Motiejunas has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Shangdong Golden Stars of China. The deal is reportedly for $3 million, but it's unclear if it includes an NBA out-clause. Either way, he'll begin the 2017-18 season overseas, so he's firmly off the radar in all formats.
