Gerald Henderson    G/F  76ers

The 76ers still haven't decided if they will pick up Gerald Henderson's $9 million team option for 2017-18. The 76ers only have a few roster spots open and are hoping to make a splash in free agency, so they are likely leaning towards declining it. The 76ers have been linked to shooting guards such as J.J. Redick and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and they already have several interesting young SGs in Timothe Luwawu, Justin Anderson and Furkan Korkmaz. The deadline is Friday, but expect Henderson to fine a new home in 2017-18.

Mathias Lessort    C  76ers

Mathias Lessort is expected to spend at least one more season overseas. He was the 50th overall pick in the draft and won't be a lock to come to the states in 2018-19 either. He averaged 10.2 points, 7.2 boards, 1.0 blocks and 0.7 steals in 22.9 minutes per game in the Pro A French league, but the last thing the 76ers need right now is another big man. Jonah Bolden and Anzejs Pasecniks are also expected to stay overseas.

Anzejs Pasecniks    C  76ers

Anzejs Pasecniks is expected to stay overseas for at least one season. The Latvian center was taken by the 76ers with the 25th pick in the draft, but he was always expected to be a draft-and-stash prospect. The 76ers have a logjam at center with Joel Embiid, Richaun Holmes and Jahlil Okafor, so Pasecniks likely wouldn't be in the rotation anyways. We'll keep an eye on the 7'2" big man's progress with Gran Canaria in Spain.

Jonah Bolden    F  76ers

Jonah Bolden is expected to stay overseas for at least one season. Selected with the 36th pick in the draft, the former UCLA forward and Serbian Pro is coming off a strong season overseas, posting averages of 12.9 points, 7.2 boards, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals, 1.0 blocks and 1.8 treys in 27.7 minutes per game. He has an intriguing physical profile with a 6'10" frame and 7'3" wingspan, but the 76ers are loaded up front and won't be in a rush to bring him to the states.

Markelle Fultz    G  76ers

General manager Bryan Colangelo said Ben Simmons and Markelle Fultz together could be "a dynamic backcourt." That means the 76ers are seriously considering starting Simmons at the point and shifting Fultz over to shooting guard on offense. Of course, the 76ers did say they're considering other options, and it's a slight change off course after they were fairly emphatic about starting Simmons at PG before the Fultz selection. Regardless, Fultz should be looking at good minutes as he plays both on and off the ball.

Gerald Henderson    G/F  76ers

76ers reporter Tom Moore said there's a "good chance" the team will decline Gerald Henderson's option for next season. The 76ers are now expected to bring over draft-and-stash prospect Furkan Korkmaz next season and they already have Robert Covington, Timothe Luwawu and Nik Stauskas, so it makes sense for them to move on from Henderson since he's owed a non-guaranteed $9 million in 2017-18. The 29-year-old veteran averaged 9.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.8 3-pointers in 23.2 minutes per game last season.

Joel Embiid    F/C  76ers

According to 76ers managing owner Josh Harris, signing Joel Embiid to a contract extension is one of the the team's offseason priorities . "Look, I'd just say we want Joel to be on the team for a long time," Harris said. "We want us all to grow old together. That's the way I would put it." The window to extend Embiid is from July 1 until the day before the season opener in mid-October. Even with the durability concerns, a max extension is likely which means he could be looking at $130 million over five years or $100 million over four years. Coach Brett Brown did say on Friday that Embiid will more than likely have minute restrictions again next season, but we'll have a better idea of what those are as training camp approaches.

Ben Simmons    F  76ers

76ers coach Brett Brown said it would be "very ambitious" for Ben Simmons to not have minute restrictions next season. While he's on track for a full recovery, Simmons will likely be monitored similar to the way Joel Embiid was during his rookie season. That means he will likely sit out one game of back-to-back sets as well. There's a lot to like about Simmons with his pass-first style, but the restrictions are going to be annoying for fantasy owners. 76ers president of basketball operations Bryan Colangelo said he thinks Simmons and Markelle Fultz will form a "dynamic backcourt," all but confirming that both players will be running the offense.

Joel Embiid    F/C  76ers

76ers coach Brett Brown said it would be "very ambitious" for Joel Embiid to not have minute restrictions next season. Brown also said the same thing regarding Ben Simmons. Embiid's durability is really the only thing holding him back right now and it makes sense for the 76ers to bring him along slowly after he had surgery to repair a torn left meniscus back on March 24th. Embiid did say a while ago that he was hoping to play in all 82 games, but that wasn't realistic and it's not up to him anyways. We should have a better idea of what the restrictions are as we approach camp in September, but there's a good chance he will sit out in one game of back-to-back sets as well.

Melo Trimble    G  76ers

Trimble signed a deal Friday with the 76ers, Chris Haynes of ESPN.com reports.
