Warriors News

Shaun Livingston    G  Warriors

Shaun Livingston (left elbow soreness) is probable on Saturday vs. the Spurs. He's had this injury for a few days now, but he's not expected to miss any time. He'll see minutes in the teens on Saturday and doesn't have much value while Curry is healthy.

Patrick McCaw    G  Warriors

Pat McCaw was assigned to the G League. He was considered as one of the top second-round picks last year, but McCaw has regressed this season. He has said all the right things about the demotion, so hopefully he comes back a better player. He'll be smashing the G League competition.

Stephen Curry    G  Warriors

Stephen Curry scored 20 points with seven rebounds, eight assists, four turnovers and four 3-pointers in a 121-103 win over the Mavs on Thursday. To nobody's surprise, the Warriors were not busy at the deadline and didn't make a move today. They were not playing well with losses in three of their last four, but it's really all about their turnovers. General manager Bob Myers did say that the Warriors were still looking into deals. "We were never the lead horse in a race in some of the things we looked at," Myers said. As for Curry, he's cooled off from his MVP-caliber play, but he's still going to be a top-five player going forward.

Draymond Green    F  Warriors

Draymond Green (dental work) will play vs. Dallas on Thursday. Kevin Durant (hand) is also good to go, which leaves Jordan Bell (left ankle inflammation) as the only unavailable player for Golden State. Green is safe to keep plugged into all active lineups.

Kevin Durant    F  Warriors

Kevin Durant (hand) is good to go vs. Dallas on Thursday. He was called questionable today with the Warriors putting a lot of players on their injury report. Durant's hand injury is not considered serious and expect him to dominate against a struggling Dallas defense.

David West    F/C  Warriors

David West (calf) is probable to play Thursday vs. Dallas. Probable generally means "will play" in Golden State, and we should get official confirmation on his status following Thursday morning's shootaround. Even if West is cleared to play, he might not be on the floor that much for a matchup against the worst team out West.

Shaun Livingston    G  Warriors

Shaun Livingston (left elbow soreness) is probable for Thursday's game vs. the Mavericks. It's unclear when Livingston started to feel the soreness, but nothing indicates that it's serious. Anyone relying on him in deep leagues should confirm his availability on Thursday afternoon.

Kevin Durant    F  Warriors

Kevin Durant (left hand contusion) is questionable to play Thursday against the Mavericks. This seems like an extremely minor issue for KD, but with a matchup against the 17-37 Mavericks, it wouldn't be all that shocking if he were to hit the sidelines. If Durant sits out Thursday's game, it'll either be Andre Iguodala or Omri Casspi drawing the start, with more minutes falling to Nick Young and Draymond Green (dental work). Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson would also see a spike in usage.

Draymond Green    F  Warriors

Draymond Green (dental work) is probable for Thursday's game in Dallas. Shaun Livingston (left elbow soreness) and David West (right calf tension) are also probable, while Kevin Durant (left hand contusion) is questionable. We should have confirmation on most of these guys after Golden State's shootaround, so check back in the afternoon. Green took a shot to the mouth on Tuesday but it sounds like he'll be ready to go.

David West    F/C  Warriors

David West hit 4-of-5 shots for nine points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 14 minutes of Tuesday's loss. He missed the last two games for personal reasons and helped fill in for an ejected Draymond Green tonight. Other than that, there's nothing to see here.
