Warriors News

Klay Thompson    G  Warriors

Klay Thompson went for 20 points, six rebounds and three assists over 35 minutes in Friday's 119-104 win at Sacramento. Thompson was 8-of-12 from the field, including 4-of-8 from behind the arc. This is more like it. After a rough patch near the end of January he has back-to-back games with 20 or more points for the first time since a four-game run from Dec. 29-Jan. 4. He appears to be back on track with seven triples over the past two outings, too.

Feb 03 - 1:26 AM

Stephen Curry    G  Warriors

Steph Curry ended up with 23 points on 7-of-17 shooting Friday at Sacramento, including 3-of-10 from behind the arc. Curry also contributed six assists, five rebounds and two steals. Perhaps the only thing fantasy owners can carp about would be his six turnovers. It was another decent night at the office for Steph, however, and he was 4-of-4 from the free-throw stripe, too. He has made a 3-pointer in each of his 37 games this season, and he has hit a triple in 58 straight dating back to his 0-of-11 night on Feb. 27 last season in Philadelphia.

Feb 03 - 1:20 AM

Zaza Pachulia    C  Warriors

Zaza Pachulia ended up with eight points, 13 rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot over 22 minutes in Friday's 119-104 win at Sacramento. Pachulia hit 4-of-6 from the field, and he has four buckets in four of the past five outings. The 13 rebounds represented a season high. He is averaging 7.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game over the past seven outings to make him worthy of fantasy consideration in deeper formats.

Feb 03 - 1:16 AM

Kevin Durant    F  Warriors

Kevin Durant finished Friday's game at Sacramento with a game-high 33 points across 37 minutes. Durant hit 12-of-17 from the field, including an impressive 6-of-7 from behind the 3-point line. He also chipped in with six assists and four rebounds. Perhaps the most noteworthy part of Durant's fantasy stat line was that it was his first time this season going back-to-back games without a blocked shot. He'll look to get back on track in the blocks department on Saturday in Denver.

Feb 03 - 1:13 AM

Draymond Green    F  Warriors

Draymond Green ended up with 13 points, nine rebounds, six assists, a steal and a blocked shot over 34 minutes in Friday's 119-104 win at Sacramento. Green hit 4-of-9 from the field and he turned the ball over five times. Still, it was a pretty decent stat line across the board, as he did a little bit of everything. He is averaging 13.5 points, 7.0 assists and 6.5 rebounds across two meetings with the Kings this season. He'll get two more cracks against the Kings on March 16 at home, and March 31 on the road.

Feb 03 - 1:10 AM

David West    F/C  Warriors

David West (personal) will not play on Friday vs. the Kings or Saturday vs. the Nuggets. He's going to the funeral services of Rasual Butler and will join the team later in the weekend. With West out, Kevon Looney (illness) and JaVale McGee will provide some relief behind Zaza Pachulia.

Feb 02 - 9:16 PM

David West    PF  Warriors

West will not play in Saturday's Game against the Nuggets due to personal reasons, Mark Medina of The San Jose Mercury News reports After getting the night off to rest during Friday's matchup against the Kings, West will miss his second consecutive game Saturday in order to tend to a persona matter. With Jordan Bell (ankle) also sidelined. look for Omri Casspi and Kevon Looney to see some extra minutes off the bench.

Fantasy Alarm

Feb 02 - 9:15 PM

Quinn Cook    G  Warriors

Quinn Cook and Damian Jones will be active for Friday against the Kings. The Warriors are a little shorthanded with Shaun Livingston, David West, Jordan Bell and Andre Iguodala out. Cook and Jones probably won't be playing tonight unless it's in garbage time.

Feb 02 - 5:12 PM

David West    F/C  Warriors

David West (rest) will not play on Friday against the Kings. Kevon Looney is back and JaVale McGee is playing well, so expect those two to fill minutes at the five spot.

Feb 02 - 2:56 PM

Andre Iguodala    G/F  Warriors

Andre Iguodala (rest) and David West (rest) will not play against the Kings on Friday. It's the front end of a back-to-back set, so this isn't surprising. With Shaun Livingston also out, we should see more Nick Young and Patrick McCaw.
